Gov Says Wyoming’s Doing Fine [AUDIO]

Matt Mead in his second State of the State address Monday to the Wyoming Legislature in Cheyenne says he is proposing an appropriate budget for the coming two-year cycle even as national and global economic forces affect state revenues.
